The rooms were nice. Hotel was very clean. I'm still old school, humans are still the best. AI checking in was very cold and weird. Still would like to see a person behind the front desk. I'm 69 and didn't like it, my parents are in their 80s. They wouldnt even know how to do any of that.

Due to staffing shortages we went through a Florida company to obtain desk clerks that work remotely. The person that checked you in is a real person. We agree humans are the best, and our Desk Clerks are humans working remotely. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

I checked in via a zoom call of sorts. It worked but was different. This facility worked for our needs. I was disappointed that another guest would get upset with us for bringing our pet inside even though I chose this location since it was listed as pet friendly. We did not need to deal with that after a long day driving.

My only complaint was about the vending machine. I paid for a package of cookies and they would not drop. If that’s my only complaint, you’re doing a great job. 😉

Beware of virtual check in
We arrived at night & a virtual kiosk attempted to check us in, but internet was sketchy and the machine kept shutting down. We had issues getting 2 room keys to work. They only have in person desk staff till 3 pm when most people check in.

It is in the middle of nowhere and we were concerned. There was no one working there. Concerned for our car in parking lot. Breakfast was no good. We had to drive through large water puddle to get to parking lot

There were multiple large dogs romping and barking in the room above ours even though No pets are allowed.

We wish you would have informed the Front Desk, as service dogs are not permitted to cause a disturbance. We certainly would have addressed the matter requiring the dogs to be quiet or asking the guest and dogs to leave. We hope you will give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations.
房间很干净；床很舒服，淋浴也干净。休息简直糟透了！早餐糟透了……松饼难吃，而且过期了。咖啡根本没法喝。华夫饼粉稀软，颜色呈灰色。第二天晚上，我们的门钥匙卡坏了。我们去了办公室两次才修好；然后我们离开的那天早上，钥匙卡又坏了。我这辈子从来没用过自助服务终端办理入住，以后也再也不用了。
现场自助入住需要一些时间来适应！希望未来不会出现没有工作人员的情况！客人很少，大概10个吧！所以很安静。
一走进房间就能闻到烟味，白色的床单上沾满了污渍，毛巾又脏又脏，冰箱里满是污渍，我让他们换了床单和床上用品，还有弹簧床垫周围的褶边也很脏，我让他们换了。停车场很脏，到处都是死鸟和垃圾袋。一走进去，走廊里就闻到一股难闻的味道。他们有一个叫水县的地方。所以他们把这些标志贴在了早餐供应的地方。我不知道水县是什么，但我相信是的，所以他们不必做早餐，但我也不会在那里吃饭，因为这个地方太脏了。
