The rooms need to be upgraded! I didn’t have an iron in my room and when we asked about an ironing board they didn’t have that! The lamp on the night stand was broke and the plug on the lamp didn’t work. Only one plug on the wall worked, the ac didn’t have buttons on it they were tore off so I had to just guess what was what! The breakfast is okay they need to cook those sausage better. The phone didn’t work!

Always love to stay here…it’s comfortable and close to everywhere I need to go and I live here in town but use hotel to escape family !

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. We will be back soon.

I accidentally book smoking room rather than non smoking. At check in I asked to switch rooms and was told there was none to switch to. When we got to the room it was really bad and the bathroom door was broken and would not shut. The tub/shower safety bars were also missing making it a danger for seniors. We reported this to the front desk and was politely told there was no one to come fix the door. We wiped the entire room down and got lots of the nicotine smell out but it was still very strong. We do not feel we should have to pay a premium price for this hotel room. Ugh. I’m getting so tired of being promised a super nice room and getting shafted. On the plus side the carpet was new and beds comfy.

Our room had a little mildew or closed up odor (carpet?) but I sprayed my Bath and Body room concentration spray that helped to eliminate it. But it looked clean. We could not get the Internet to work, but our cell phones worked fine.

Check in was quick and easy, only problem was is that we were put in two different rooms that were already occupied. The third time was the charm and we finally got settled. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had an overall good stay. We will be back.

早餐非常令人失望。整个区域都没有打扫干净。我是第一个到的，还得提醒他们该开灯了。水槽很脏，华夫饼机看起来像是用过的，机器里没有橙汁或苹果汁，他们说卖完了。微波炉底部周围好像沾了面粉。看起来像是食物昨晚放进去就一直放到早上。咖啡机里的咖啡喝起来一点也不像咖啡。床很舒服，浴室也很干净。工作人员看起来像是住在那里，抱着孩子到处走，他们对暴风雪造成的困境丝毫没有表现出同情。我提前一天离开，以免被困在城里，他们却不肯给我任何折扣，一点同情心都没有。我的房门很不安全，好像有人破门而入过。
房子一尘不染，和照片一模一样——实物比照片更美——而且配备了舒适放松住宿所需的一切设施。对细节的关注显而易见。
地理位置也非常优越：靠近商店、餐厅和景点，无论是工作还是休闲娱乐都非常方便。
