Poor poor poor
The hotel was a disaster! There were active roaches and other bugs on floor and walls. One roach actually started up my boyfriend leg while sitting on sofa. The toilet leaked, there was a hole in wall at the shower fixture, and another hole in bathroom at the light fixture. I went to desk to report these things and was told things are in process of repair and he would notify the exterminator in the morning. He wanted to see the things we stepped on and would spray in room while we were at dinner. This didn’t happen. The description of extras were minuscule and the 2 towels were so thin it was hard to dry with. Only other thing was the drunk at the door at 2 am wanted to be let inside. This man did move on to another room in a minute or 2.i will not ever stay here or any other branch of the hotel with this ownership. Disgraceful!

Very Friendly check in
You can tell this is a newly renovated hotel. Some of the stuff was very nice and others looked very dated. But it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly And the shower had good pressure. I would recommend I would stay here again.

The bathroom vinyl floor was torn and damaged around the toilet. The toilet was not fastened to the ground properly. The bathtub did not drain properly and the lower wall repair was done by someone that had no business trying to fix anything. The rest of the space was functional but the bathroom ruined the room.

Better Stay
Me and my mom stayed for the weekend. The guy that checked us in was very professional and polite. Housekeeping didn’t come until Saturday, the day before we left. We went down on Thursday, but we was fine with them not coming while we were still there. This hotel use to be Super 8 which I had an issue last year with the lady at the front. However, they have upgraded and added new furniture and more lighting in the rooms. The room we had the walls were blue which is my favorite color and they had night lights over the nightstand…. A+. Only issue was the headboard was not cleaned, the bathtub was not clean and needs an upgrade, other than that had a pleasant stay. Every year we go down in May so if we make it this coming May 2026 we will definitely be staying at Baymont again. Thank you for great customer service
