They cancelled my stay the morning of the day I was staying. Said you gave them credit card information that didn’t work; however, I know it worked for you. I’ll need a refund from you.

From the moment we walked into our room, we noticed a strong unpleasant smell. We informed the front desk, and the staff member was kind enough to move us to another room. Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. Since we were only staying for two nights, we decided not to make a big deal out of it. However, the next morning we woke up to find that there was no power at all. The electricity was out for almost the entire day, which made it impossible for us to get ready. We ended up having to book another hotel just so we could prepare for the day. We paid $860 for two nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The entire experience was disgusting and unacceptable. The room was filthy from the moment I walked in — the bedding looked used and had visible stains, the toilet and bathroom were grimy and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the floors were dirty enough that I didn’t want to take off my shoes. The TV didn’t work, and the remote not only didn’t function but was covered in something that looked like dried boogers — absolutely vile.

To make matters worse, the power went out across the entire hotel during my stay, and no one offered updates or assistance. The property manager and hotel manager were completely unresponsive and showed zero concern for guest comfort or safety. I had to book another hotel to stay in due to all of the major inconveniences!

This property needs serious attention, proper cleaning staff, and management that actually cares. Until that happens, do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Breakfast was terrible. The breakfast was “0” out of 5. The milk was spoiled both mornings for the cereal. Customers were sitting around with no milk in their cereal bowl. No muffins after 630 on the first morning and absolutely none the next morning. 98% of the individual butter packages had already been opened both mornings. Hotel and rooms were clean but immediately walking in hotel you were met with a thick perfume smell that was nauseating. Worse than walking in a bath and body works. The room was also nauseating with a cleaning chemical smell. I don’t think we were going to be able to stay there. Aside from the smell and breakfast, everything else was fine.

Room was dirty from entry. Large snack wrapper in corner of room from prior guest. Old contacts from prior guest stuck to wall right by headboard..

then the electric power went out for ENTIRE hotel in the morning. No communication from ANYONE about when it would be restored or resolved. Had to leave hotel and go elsewhere to get ready for the day. We were never contacted when it was restored. The hotel had all of our information to get ahold of us. Waiting on a partial refund or something from the hotel. Again crickets!!!

Hotel is dated and rooms need upgrades.

It did smell good upon entry. And Genesis at the front desk was wonderful to deal with. She was not there during the outage though. I would never stay at this particular hotel again.

Starting with the positives: convenient for parents weekend at university, near restaurants, the beds were comfortable. I don’t know if those were cooling sheets but it sure felt like it. I appreciated that.

The place is very dated and dingy. It was clean for the most part but the every towel I received was stained and worn. It made do for the packed weekend but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The pictures are very deceiving. All bathroom linens comforter, sheets had stains. Bed look liked someone had already slept in it. No hot water, the bed we could feel the springs poking though. The tub was dirty. Will never stay again. I can’t believe Best Western has there name attached this place.
