Hotel didn't save a room for us even though we talked to them early afternoon. We were promised a room after explaining we had a new credit card due to fraud

My room had a terrible stench. I informed the front desk who came over to the room and verified the weird sewage smell but said the hotel was sold out and could not move me but would inform the manager to see what can be done. I never heard from the manager so nothing was done and they didn’t care. I couldn’t change hotels because I was there for my son’s graduation and the surrounding hotels were sold out as well.

Nice facility. Professional staff.
However, facility does not meet ADA standards, as I understand them. The bathroom door was not wide enough for hubby’s wheelchair. Therefore, he could not shower during our stay. Most of his personal hygiene care was done in the hallway of the room. The commode was not ADA guidelines in height. The bed was too tall for a handicapped person—probably over 36” high. Had to buy a step stool to get mobility handicapped hubby in bed.
HOWEVER, grab bars were adequate near commode “ in shower-if he could have stood in there long enough to shower.

Take the building and move it and I would definitely stay again. There was loud bass music playing into the early morning and loud yelling outside most of the night. But the room and the staff and the amenities were great.

I loved the checkin process on Friday at 3:00. The guest agent as engaging, supportive and genuinely cared about my stay. Set the right tone. The room was clean and everything worked. The water pressure was very low and I was okay but my daughter had trouble getting the shampoo and conditioner out of her hair. The train passing 2 times at night was startling.

I have stayed there 5 times over the last 5 months. I have family nearby. The staff are very kind and courteous. The bed is made well and decor is decent. Each time, the floors are so dirty, both in the hallway and room. I could not figure this out. This last time there were crumbs on the bed tables, coffee stains on the coffee counter and excessive debris on the floor. The manager was great about it and sent housekeeping to fix it and moved us to another room. But it too was dirty int he same way, just not as bad. Housekeeping came to our second room too. I think the issue is they use BROOMS to clean the floor, not a vacuum, and most of it is carpet! I have never seen or heard one being used. The dirt is just getting pushed around. I feel bad for the staff, they are nice, but they do not know how to clean the rooms and they need vacuums!
