酒店回复: Mark, I am sorry you did not like the snow removal that we had done. They were stymied by all the cars parked. The cars under the port were there because snow people wanted us to move out of the way for their trucks could scoop. Several guests also tried to move to a different area to assist. The elevator went down that am and the company is working on getting the parts. Everyone was and is doing the best they can to help. I assure you that there is no bigotry in this Hotel as we have workers of all nationalisties and respect and think highly of them Sometimes as a manager you have to use a little sterner talk to get the attention of the employees. We want all our guests to know they are welcome and we do a great job of taking care of them. The same for our employees. I'm sorry if you thought there was a problem, other than something needing attention. But we will try to do a better job at getting the point across without doing so in a guests earshot. Things are not always as they seem to onlookers I feel that speculative accusations are not appropriate if others do not know of the situation or only get a part of the conversation. 都挺好的,房间舒服干净
主要是来参加巴菲特股东大会的。假日酒店整体比较清爽,有酒店早餐供应和24小时热水,最好开车,附近也有吃的和中餐。非常典型的美国快捷酒店,前台也比较nice&friendly
似乎低于我的预期。
除雪
因为暴风雪而来到这里。没有除雪。电梯坏了。我们楼层的制冰机坏了。
前台工作人员似乎把车停在了前面的下车遮篷下,挡住了客人的区域。房间里的窗帘坏了。电动的。我通常不会给好评或差评。但这需要解决。早餐还行。床还行。
靠近男孩镇医院(我们的目的地)。房间干净安静。泳池是恒温的,但没有热水浴缸。你看得出来以前有一个热水浴缸,但现在不行了。我们必须在早上6:20之前出门。早餐闻起来很香,但还没开始供应。不过说实话,我预订前没有查看早餐时间,所以没时间问我们能不能随便吃点东西。
我儿子刚坐上去,床就坏了,我修的时候还割伤了手指。如果能给点折扣什么的就好了。不过入住期间工作人员都超级好。
非常不错的住宿体验!
入住前台工作人员非常友好高效。自助餐也不错,因为有热食。虽然有些菜品用完了,但似乎后来又补上了,我们错过了。酒店位置对我们一家人来说非常方便。床很舒服。电视尺寸合适。我们住得很愉快。
喜欢酒店的一切。房间、床、淋浴、健身房、早餐、员工。主经理是一位年长的白人女性,对员工明显很粗鲁,性格偏执,除了安抚其他年长的白人旅客外,什么也不做。我作为一个60多岁的白人男性这么说。
酒店正在装修。我们住的是新装修的房间,非常漂亮,但大堂却让人失望。我们住在二楼,没有电梯,也没有制冰机。
