This hotel was off the road a little bit so it cut down on traffic noise which was good. It appeared pretty clean except for the floor seemed it could use a good clean mopping. Scenic view of pond and a few cattle which was a nice view to me that I enjoyed.

We did not stay. I tried to cancel the room thru you but was unable. I had even got a refundable insurance. I don’t understand what happened. Your site is very confusing and always using codes to get in so much.

We didn’t get a queen size bed but a full. We reserved for a queen. Rooms are small and no mini frig. Bed is on some kind of metal platform that made noises. Window nook was cute. Breakfast was ok. I’m sure this is great for the area but not worth the $$ or the rating. It’s maybe a 7 not over an 8.

I am a frequent traveler, and when I’m in Ozark, I usually stay at this hotel. The staff is always accommodating, helpful, and polite. The room is always maintained to a very high standard. Overall, a great experience!

There were a couple of things that I informed the staff that could be worked on. The faucet for the dink sits back too far and water gets everywhere. I had to put a towel near the faucet so it wouldn't run onto the floor. The other thing was the room key didn't work on the side doors.

The whole property including building needs a face lift. The rooms need updating. The employees were super friendly and helpful the rooms clean most important the bathroom was clean. Parking was good and safe.
