The hotel was extremely well kept, thenstaff was super polite and helpful. Lived that it was close to lots of places to eat and check out.

Convenient location
Very clean and well kept. I liked that it was in walking distance from our event and from everything else going on downtown. The parking is a bit much and a bit inconvenient since it's not come and go but that's to be expected downtown. The only issue I had was the towels could've been cleaned and inspected better but other than that the hotel was nice, we would stay again

The check in process went good. Upon entering the room it was very cold. Only 61 degrees though the thermostat was set at 80. Immediately went back to front desk and was told engineering could come look at it. After going to lunch and returning to the room, it was 64 degrees. There was no control of the thermostat and was told engineering would have to be contacted to change the thermostat Everytime. I don't believe customer service was handled properly in this case.

Racing cars and motorcycles with a lot of revving engines and screeching starts till after 2am. My husband and I could not sleep.

位置优越，景色优美。房间昂贵，停车费也贵。不像其他酒店那样包含任何费用，比如早餐。你还得每天支付65美元才能在那里停车（代客泊车），或者你可以自己停车，每次停车45美元。
不像其他凯悦酒店。
客房服务人员早上8:30就坚持敲门两次，把我吵醒了。我肯定他们有可订和不可订房间的清单，但我不明白为什么会发生这种情况。
另外，房间里没有拖鞋，我要求他们送来。
房子需要彻底清洁。床后面的踢脚板和角落里积满灰尘，非常脏。我把手机掉在床后面，吓坏了。
