办理入住手续很顺利。进入房间后发现非常冷，虽然恒温器设定在80华氏度，但实际温度只有61华氏度。我立即返回前台，被告知工程部可以过来查看。午饭后回到房间，温度升到了64华氏度。房间无法控制恒温器，被告知每次都需要联系工程部调整。我认为这次的客户服务处理得非常糟糕。
酒店很棒，员工友善，房间也很干净，地理位置在印第安纳波利斯也相当不错。之所以只给4星而不是5星，是因为婚礼派对挡住了唯一一家自动售货机的通道，没有自动售货机是我唯一的抱怨。
期待奢华，结果却很简陋。
由于施工，去酒店花了很长时间。开车两个街区就花了20分钟。自助停车简直是个地下迷宫，出入口系统糟糕透顶。那天晚上我去取车时，看到一些形迹可疑的人在附近徘徊，窥视车内。感觉非常不安全。因为我没有支付代客泊车费用，所以没有人帮我搬行李。浴室没有通风扇，冰箱很小，而且没有冷冻室，所以我的冰袋根本没地方放。我所在楼层的制冰机也坏了。床硬得不舒服。直到午夜，街上的交通噪音都非常大。总而言之，我原本希望享受一晚在高档酒店受到的照顾。结果却让我非常恼火，感觉自己花冤枉钱，却得到了如此简陋的体验。第二天晚上，我入住了印第安纳波利斯的凯悦酒店，体验好得多。这间房子性能平平，不值这个价。唯一的优点就是离卢卡斯石油油田很近，步行即可到达。
淋浴房的门密封不严——或许是缺少橡胶塞，导致大量水从淋浴间溢出到地板上；
除了这个小瑕疵，酒店总体不错，我住得很愉快。
位置优越，景色优美。房间昂贵，停车费也贵。不像其他酒店那样包含任何费用，比如早餐。你还得每天支付65美元才能在那里停车（代客泊车），或者你可以自己停车，每次停车45美元。
房间里弥漫着一股浓烈的猫尿味，我们怀疑地毯或沙发床都不干净。床单没有套床笠，床垫表面都露在外面。整体卫生状况令人怀疑，我们尽快办理了入住和退房手续。不推荐。
