When I arrived the left me stand there for five minutes are so, after I told him I was there to check in. The carpets were very dirty, bathroom was very small, the bed had a dime in the middle of the sheets, which made me know the sheets were not clean. Many things like mirror was dirty. There were other things as well.

We ordered a king bed room with a sofa bed. When arriving the front man didnt acknowledge us right away with no other guest around. We checked in and when we got to the rooms they were 2 double beds and just a regular sofa. We went down stairs to get switch to a room that we ordered for certain reasons because we have children, and he just said aint the room you have fine. Annoyed of the response and driving from Baton Rouge, a long drive, we just went back upstair. Rude customer service.

Loved the property not sure if he was the manager or not but the guy who worked days was fantastic the black guy that worked at night could never be found waited more than 15 minutes to. Heck out another guest was hollering for someone and nothing guess he was sleeping wasn’t very personable and the one time I did see him he was outside smoking for 34 minutes

Very nice and clean, comparable to Hampton Inns, courtyard, Fairfield Inns, etc. The food was the standard hotel fare, reconstituted eggs and reheated potatoes with thin cut bacon. It was better presented than competitors, but the quality was the same. I would have no qualms staying here again.

Just do not use *******. When I was in the process of booking a room they went up ten dollars on the price of all available rooms. Poor business model. Bait and switch used by crooks.

我们一家人在回家的路上在这里停留了一晚。酒店离我们当时的位置很近，我们只需要找个地方过夜。通过我的旅行应用快速预订，办理入住时工作人员也很友善。房间还可以，说实话没什么特别的，考虑到它是一家高档酒店，这让我有点意外，但房间干净整洁，床位也足够我们一家六口使用。床不是很舒服。免费早餐还不错，咖啡也很好喝。
酒店位于孟菲斯一个不错的地段。
我们第一次入住时，房间很干净，员工也很好。然而，我们回程时，他们把我们安排在了四楼，那里的气味就像是一部充满*********烟雾的奇奇和冲电影。酒店员工根本不在乎，甚至没有主动让我们换到另一层楼。第二天早上再次报告时，工作人员含糊地说了一句“对不起”，当我转过身时，他不知道我的家人坐在对面的桌子上，看到他只是对我翻了个白眼。
