Very clean rooms and pool areas. Staff was very friendly, price was great. Just overall a wonderful stay

Rooms were ok except no pullout bed for noted 3rd person which was in every suite couch in our many hotels this week. Tried to trade rooms but clerk refused to do it. Not included in this 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and liv rm. NO hand towels or washcloths at all. Mediocre breakfast. Nobody answered phone when I tried to reserve thru them.

The pool was so cold that we couldn't swim, so, we tried the hot tub. Jets weren't working and there was clearly a bucket load of sand and debris at the bottom. Everything in the pool/spa area was filthy.
All should be aware that they do NOT have an elevator. If you get a second floor room you are on your own to haul stuff up and down.

The hot tub was almost too hot but we got used to it but could not stay in it very long. It was a good place to stay for the night.

Breakfast was good, but no water anywhere! Could not even buy a bottle of water. Did find some warm water in exercise room. Not much was left, but able to fill my water bottle. I give the exercise room a C. I give this ranking because they have an exercise area. But it was small and had basic to minimal equipment. Hint… turn the AC on the night before. Was off at 9 am and room was already warm. Overall… decent place to stay.

Good basic hotel
Front desk was friendly and helpful. Fresh towels and trash taken out daily but beds never made. All workout machines broken. Pool area clean and well maintained. Breakfast was restocked as needed, eggs, sausages, bagels, waffles, oatmeal and the basics, with outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. The hotel could be updated, such as TV, computer/desk, carpet and paint. Do not plan on working out! It is a really good basic hotel.
