Could use attention to detail. As exiting room, blasting music/noise in another room. Cleaning person leaning on ledge listening to noise. Our room, curtain in window, terrible. Faucet, in bathroom sink leaks at counter top, etc..

We asked for clean towels and had to go down to the front desk at midnight after being out also our toilet clogged and we had to go down and get the plunger and plunge ourselves

Couch was filthy - needed to cover it with a sheet to sit on it.. had to ask for additional towel, only one in the room. The AC Unit sounded like it was going to blow up

Front desk was rude from the start. Ask to speak to manager and he just said get away from counter. Always traveling and never expertise type of behavior. Towards me and another guest trying to check in. Front desk should be polite and professional. And also keep one set of standards for everyone. Not charge 25 deposit to those who check in before 2pm and 100 after 3pm.
