We have just recently returned from another outstanding holiday at the Brothers Hotel. Nicki and Lisa do not just continue to maintain their high standards but continue to surpass our expectations . From when Nicki picks you up at the port on your arrival until he drops you back for your departure you are provided with an experience that it is difficult to surpass. The rooms are very comfortable, the communal areas are spotless and you are provided with a breakfast with lots of options that sets you up for the day. Either Nicki or Lisa are always on hand to share guidance and recommendations for all the facilities that are available on the island of Ios. But what is unique about the Brother Hotel ? Myself & my wife have have had the good fortune to stay at this accommodation over the last 45 years ( we did have a gap of 25 years when raising a family !) The original villa was managed by Nicki's mum & dad. In the 80's the guests were all under 30 but what was significant was that it was like the 'United Nations ' with young people from all over the world having a fantastic time in each others company. Fast forward to 2025 and that experience has not just been built on but further enhanced. Nicki's facilitates introductions between the guests resulting in lifetime friendships being formed. That ranges from teenagers to pensioners, people from every walk of life, race & religion. The common requirement is to enjoy each others company and have fun. We do not consider Nicki & Lisa as hoteliers but as good friends and every time we go back to Ios it is to our Greek home and to meet up with our 'extended family'. September 2026 cannot come soon enough.

We have had another amazing holiday at the fabulous Brothers Hotel. Nicki & Lisa are the most incredible hosts who work exceptionally hard to ensure all guests are made to feel welcome & looked after, whether staying for a night, a week or a month. Rooms are spacious & well equipped, breakfast is fantastic & the pool area is so relaxing. Everything is so clean. Returning each year really does feel like going home, so many friends and great memories have been made. We have already booked for next summer.

In terms of cleanliness, comfort and friendly environment, you cannot beat this hotel. Nicky and Lisa go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to get the very best you can out of this beautiful island. We cannot fault any aspect of our stay, so much so that we’ve already booked for next August
