First, we would like to clarify that your stay took place in the 3-star section of Hotel Diament Ustroń*, not in the 4-star SPA & Wellness Hotel Diament Ustroń****. While both parts are part of the same complex, they differ in standard and range of services. Nevertheless, we greatly value your opinion. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered, particularly the noise from private events at night. We understand how important peaceful rest is, especially for families with young children, and we're truly sorry this was disrupted. Not worth the money we paid
We had to change our room as we found a cockroach walking on the furniture towards a plate with food. In the next room we found spiders and the sink was cracked. The food and its variety at the breakfast refers to a 3 star hotel. A plus for kids animators

Very nice located hotel with good service and rooms. Landscape from terrace - magnificent. Staff professional and friendly, happy to share some local tips. Good wellness area with pool and massages. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Parking available but additional charge.

I’ve been in several 4 - star hotels in various cities but this was by far the best. The rooms were neat and tidy. The staff were superb throughout from checking to checkout. The breakfast buffet was probably the best that I’ve ever had anywhere with a vast array of hot and cold dishes, meats salads, vegetables,cereals,fruit etc. Yes I can heartily recommend this hotel.
早餐很棒，大人们可以享用到波兰特色美食，比如腌菜……小孩子们则有煎饼。我女儿很期待见到吉祥物Diamond，以及大型游乐室……当然还有游泳池和按摩浴缸。我们俩都非常享受在这里的时光，这已经是我们第三次来了……
标准双人房，干净现代，设施齐全，有空调、冰箱和阳台。床非常舒服。浴室可以稍微翻新一下，但总体来说很不错。游泳池也还可以，如果能有个大大的横幅提醒那些大妈们下水前先冲澡就更好了 :) 服务人员非常友好，总的来说，这次旅行很成功。早餐是个减分项——炒鸡蛋是粉末冲泡的等等，非常一般，幸好有水果、好吃的面包和咖啡挽救了一下。一晚房价超过500波兰兹罗提（家庭房超过800波兰兹罗提），停车还要收25波兰兹罗提，感觉有点不太划算。楼下有X-Box供孩子们玩，太棒了！还有台球，但是状况很糟糕。
酒店还行，建筑风格挺有意思的。不过就是太吵了，特别是如果分到靠近走廊的房间，那里酒店还专门设了个儿童角。连接客房区和游乐区的门总是开着，因为酒店甚至装了个电动门挡，防止门关上 :(
这家酒店更像是一个度假屋，有很多孩子和公司团队。我非常感谢酒店给我升级到了更高级别的房间。前台服务质量也提高了！餐厅价格非常实惠！床很舒服，房间也很干净。尽管有一些公司活动带来的不便，但这次住宿很愉快，感觉很田园诗意；）走到乌斯特龙市中心距离很理想。我肯定会再次光顾。

我喜欢 · 早餐很棒，选择丰富，尽管人太多，但他们还是设法做到了。为儿童提供很棒的设施（我们 3+4 岁），但在儿童角有一股非常难闻的气味，外面有一个游乐场、沙箱 不喜欢 · 在 3 次私人聚会中的 2 个晚上，一楼的音乐非常响亮，一直播放到 4 楼，直到凌晨 2 点，我们无法入睡，第二天晚上半夜叫来了警察，然后他们平静了下来，之前联系过接待处 x 次，那位女士在第二天晚上尝试过，但没有成功，至少她关上了窗户……楼下窗户下面是一个露台，第一天晚上他们在那里吸烟并大声喊叫直到凌晨 2 点，第二天晚上干预后情况有所缓和。4 楼的长廊 3 天没有亮，这是一家儿童酒店……如果您想在晚上安宁，绝对不适合这里。
