For a cheap hotel, it was fine. The hotel was full the first two nights of our stay, with lots of kids, and the elevator noise in our room was very distracting. The kids were on the elevator constantly. We asked to switch rooms but could not. We tried several times. Communication from the staff about the exact time we had to come to the front desk to switch rooms was unclear. The last night of our stay the hotel was half empty and the elevator noise wasn't a problem.
The breakfast consists entirely of packaged and re-heated foods. Nothing is cooked. Whatever they served called "eggs" didn't look or taste like eggs. The "pancakes" were cold and rubbery. The coffee was weak. We went out for breakfast and coffee elsewhere.
I just expected better for this price. We clearly showed up during a very busy weekend filled with kids sports teams and the staff was overwhelmed.

The Breakfast was great! We slept well and it was quiet.
Room was not up to par! 6/10 could have been cleaner. Pool was closed - should have been posted on web-site.

People at the front desk were wonderful, and the hotel is nice, however, my experience was bad because my room was dirty. The beds were full of hair, we found a drink bottle on the floor, the soap holder was nasty and the room in general was dirty. We had to ask for new sheets. It’s bad that the cleanliness of the room ruined our whole experience.

Avoid This Hotel at All Cost
Everything—from the lobby, hallways, elevators, and even the room and restroom—was dirty and poorly maintained. Check-in took an unreasonably long time, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about the delay. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
