I booked my stay around 10h40 pm, when i went there , no body wqs there to serve me or even give me my room keys. I ended up sleeping in my car.
Other tenants needed services also we call they say some body will come, nobody came.
I need my refund please

Dirty bedbugs cockroaches. I have bedbug bites. This property is awful. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I expected better from extended stay. I provided pictures to their regional manager and dared him to stay there anonymously. No response. So you see they don’t care.

They need to improve on their breakfast everything was stale coffee not enough for everybody in the building rooms were very dirty found garbage under the bed bugs in the room carpet filthy walk around with your socks on and they will be filthy need to close the place yeah they do

The room was not cleaned. There was trash on the floor, bugs climbing the walls. The bedding had questionable stains. There were no towels or toiletries. The trash cans were in the tub upside down. There wasn't a shower curtain. There were dead bugs in the tub. The tub also took all night to drain and had a crack. There was loud music playing till way after 4am and when I woke up at 8am it was still playing. Not sure it ever stopped. It was loud enough that my bed vibrated from it. if it wasn't so late I would have changed hotels.

You really need to have someone at the front desk to check people in. We waited for 45 minutes and then finally abandoned the reservation and went somewhere else

We specifically asked for a non-smoking room and we're put into rooms that someone clearly had smoked in. Also bed linens did not smell clean.

They apllowed pets but not much grass,
The floor in my room was very dirty I believe I left the room cleaner than what it was when I got there other than that it was nice

The staff was professional and polite. After being out all day when I awoke the room was full of roaches. Room appeared clean and updated but bugs were coming out of where the television was located.
