Our accommodations were great. The room was clean and stocked.
The only issue we had was the mattress in the hide a bed was not comfortable.

The shower was luke warm at the hottest setting. The elevator didn't work. The bedroom light was dim at best. Worst, we ordered a 2 bed suite: 1 King, 1 Queen room. We were given a 1 King, pull out sofa bed instead. We called and they refused to give us the room we purchased. And the man on duty (11/21/25) was very rude. It was one of the worst stays we have ever had.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Our suite was CLEAN. We loved the safety of being in the gated community, and the beautiful views. We will definitely return!

This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Branson and will be booking another stay for December. The staff is so polite and personable, the rooms are clean, you get privacy but there’s also a lot of activities you can participate in on site. Our next door neighbors were pretty loud this time, but normally you don’t even realize they’re there! We love it here and can’t wait to stay again in a few weeks.

My stay was horrible I had my reservations made with ******* got confirmation number and email. When I get to the date of reservation found out my room had been cancelled very upset I was so bad my BP was elevated good thing I had family that had an extra space…. I would have been stranded with no room.

This property is off the beaten path in Branson so it is more quiet and less traffic. The facility is beautifully maintained. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was on the lake and you had the convience of a pool (outdoor and indoor) and hot tub. It had alot of activities for families with children. Out of own, not alot of traffic, but withing 20 min. to the Landing. The views were breath taken . If you enjoy specialty coffee's, 5 minutes from this location with a view of the town below. For families, cooking was available and grilling.

Great Place & Pet Friendly!
We had a beautiful one bedroom apartment right by the water. For such a good price! We only stayed one night, but I can’t wait to book our next stay for longer! And they were wonderful to my service dog too! It was a little confusing at the beginning, as we did not know we had to go through a gate to get in, and weren’t sure what to tell the gate attendant, but when I told him we were checking in he let us through.
