We would like to inform you that our staff is fully staffed; however, we apologize if at any time we did not fully meet your expectations.Regarding the buffet, we offer a 14-day rotating menu with 16 different hot dishes daily, 10 types of salads, as well as ingredients that guests can combine themselves. Additionally, we serve over 20 different desserts at both lunch and dinner.Concerning the elevator, there was a malfunction that unfortunately lasted about one and a half days, as the required spare part had to be ordered from outside Kos due to the island’s remote location. 远称不上五星级度假村。食物供应极差,分量控制也很差。早上经常只有杯子没有碟子。晚餐时,第二杯酒还得求着才能喝到。午餐选择不多,也没有合适的餐厅。我们不会再来了。房间很好,带独立小屋和共享泳池,这不错,但是服务、选择和水准都差强人意——最多也就三星或四星级。
酒店有一个很棒的泳池区,其中一个就在海滩上。餐饮随时供应。酒店内还有几家酒吧、小吃店和餐厅。酒店坐落在山坡上,可以欣赏到壮丽的海景。
我们住的是一楼的房间。可惜的是,我们得小心翼翼,以免蟑螂闯入。房间的清洁也比较差。
另一个缺点是通风系统。晚上,我们听到楼上邻居的通风系统发出非常响亮、恼人的噪音。
但总的来说,这仍然是一家很棒的酒店。
度假村规模庞大,位置偏远,更适合寻求轻松全包式度假的客人。除了健身房外,这里只有户外运动,不过教练水平很高。主餐厅经常客满,菜单也相当平庸。点菜餐厅的预订也很困难。在鹅*石滩,你绝对需要一双沙滩鞋。

我们在五星级酒店(MITSIS Selection)有不同的体验。一切都很好,但并不出色。

房间不错,就是卫生间有很多小蚂蚁。
我们上面是一间带按摩浴缸的公寓。晚上就打开来打扫。造成噪音污染,因此请确保您不要购买带按摩浴缸的公寓下方的公寓。
