Room was great and plenty of room for 3 people. Customer service was great and breakfast was the same as it is everywhere…scrambled eggs,bacon, sausage, hash browns, fruit, toast, porridge gluten free options; pancakes and special eggs on request. Pancakes were so tough though could barely cut with a knife so we left them.
Location is a bit far from city center so we had to cab it to and from.

The checkin process was horrible. As well, preordered something for the room which wasn’t in the room, in addition when did provide the preorder items it was incorrect.
Cleaning wasn’t great - basically folded the same towels we used.
Checkout was a bit better but not as easy as other hotels I stayed at. For an ******* VIP hotel didn’t get the silver member perk.
酒店非常不错，特别大，配套设施也很齐全，早餐特别丰盛，食材也特别新鲜，位置还是不错的，路离市中心不远，周围能吃的东西也很多。
房间是挺大的，订了三个晚上，有两天没有水，郁闷到不行，房间没有空调，客服搞卫生也简单，下次不考虑了..
非常满意。
早餐和晚餐都很美味，员工们乐于助人又友善。

我预订的是 VIP 访问权限。当我到达时，他们没有给我任何升级或 20% 的食品和饮料折扣券。我需要询问接待处。他说我的房间已经升级了，没有 20% 的折扣券，但我的同事预订时没有 VIP 访问权限。她的房间比我的高，甚至更好。我觉得自己被骗了。
