Try to cancel three days in advance and they would not reimburse me. I also ask if i could use it to book for three months later and they wouldn't even do that. My mom had strep and covid so could not come in for Thanksgiving. Try to move it to come see her for Christmas but they said now. Never experienced this before. Would not recommend this hotel. If they would mive my reservation to December things would be great. Very poor management.

Bugs in room, breakfast closes at 9:00 am which is before most people on vacation get up, at checkout the man behind desk couldn’t speak English, door to bathroom impossible to close, very small room and a low level of aesthetics in the room. The pictures had a TV screen partially in front of them, etc.

I was charged a $100 deposit for living within 70 miles. And then wasn't given my deposit back because of a stain on the sheet. It was from my girlfriend spotting a bit. This place looks like they just wanna take as much money as they can. Won't recommend.

I had to go to another facility and get rooms and I had booked a week prior to and they gave my rooms to someone else.

Bathtub wouldn’t drain well. Had to stop my shower a few times just so the tub wouldn’t fill up. Breakfast was stale cereal, microwaved biscuits, and very liquid gravy.

Very clean and nice, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay there again. Only complaint is that the double bed was a little small, but it’s not a big deal.
