Do not use this hotel. No integrity. Would not change a reservation for my mother’s room that she made for the wrong day by one day. She is 92. The reservation isn’t for 3 more weeks. No reason they couldn’t change it for the correct day. Front desk hung up and would not connect me to the manager. My husband is a director of hotel operations for a large company. He will be following up through the industry to make sure this goes public. Deanna Patterson Reservation is for June 28. Should have been the 27th.

Very clean and comfortable. The room had been remodeled. The single queen room was spacious. Large, new tv with lots of channels. The shower had good water pressure. Pleasantly surprised. The person that checked us in was so accommodating and pleasant. We would stay here again.’ We ate supper at the Beef House. Loved it! We had the sirloin steak for two. Tender, lots of good. Excellent salad bar.

Don't do it. Terrible place . They failed completely. Just like the mass of theor reviews. Used ******* to book the room the date got messed up so arrived to find out the date was for the 8th of Jan. I wpund up getting the "jacuzzi" suite with is basically a attub with jets. Neither the management or ******* wi return the payment I gave them for the Jan 8th and 9th. They called meat 7:30pm the second night and told me they onlh charged me for one night after arguing and getting completely frustrated I asked for the manager who the staff claimed wasn't there. He was at the top of the stairs smoking and staring at me when I chose to leave and go to the real hotel next door Hampton.... they gave me a free stay when I told them what happened. Dont waste your time here the Hampton is 100ft away

Worst Quality Inn ever! The snow was piled so high and had melted and refrozen so was slick making it difficult to get to our room. The door stuck so I had trouble getting into the room, then my husband couldn’t get it lock when we left the room to go to dinner. The ice machine is outside so the water line was frozen and no ice available.The blinds were stuck in a half way position and wouldn’t go up or down so we had to get help with those. When I went to the front desk to talk to the clerk about the issues she apologized but was smiling the whole time as if she thought I was crazy. I would not come back to this location and may think twice before visiting another “Quality “. This was a very poor quality.

Owners are remodeling this location. We stayed in an updated room. Everything was new, the room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable. Honestly, the room was great, especially for the price. If you’re wanting breakfast you need to go early; it was wiped out by 8:30 but there is a Waffle House next door and a Cracker Barrel across the street.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review for a hotel like I’m doing today. After a 6 hour drive, we made our way to our room, exhausted, pumped for some pool-time. We passed the pool on the way to our room. It was green with algae. I went over to make sure this was indeed algae, and maybe not the pool paint coloring. The algae rubbed off the walls with a swipe. My daughter and her friend were so disappointed, basically the primary reason we got to the hotel early was for the girls to swim. They decided to get in anyway because they were desperate, and we realized at that time that there were only two towels in the room (4 people registered), so I walked to the office to ask for more towels. I asked the front desk reception lady for a few more towels since we only had two towels for 4 people, and the girls used the only two for the pool. Here’s how the lady acknowledged my request. “You were SUPPOSED TO ASK FOR POOL TOWELS!” I apologized and said I didn’t know, and continued to ask for 4 towels. The lady stomped off to get the towels saying “great! Now you’re going to take towels away from other guests…” I was honestly thrown off by this comment. The hotel was about 10% occupied, if that. She basically threw the towels at me, and said nothing else. I just stared at her in bewilderment. I don’t even remember how I replied. I was livid when I walked out of there. Also, room was dirty. Tub was clogged. Finally, there were several groups of guys staying in the back rooms around us. There were no ladies to be found. When our 12-year old girls were swimming they started coming around the pool, and it made us uncomfortable so we left and locked ourselves in the room. Pics of pool, etc are attached.

Hotel is dated. But it seemed clean. Felt kinda sketchy. Hubby couldn’t sleep from it. Went to breakfast at 8:45. Nothing hot. Some bread stuff (cheap) and a thing of cereal. Waffle maker labeled out of order. If you advertise breakfast until 9 you should have food available until 9.

We arrived about 7:30 in the evening. When we were checking in I was saying that the bill was a little higher than I thought I had reserved. This annoyed the desk clerk and he tapped on the counter and said NO, this was the cost. So I paid. Going to the room (exterior door entry rooms}, we noticed some old torn up laundry carts in the grass. The floor of the room was not very clean. It looked OK, but our socks had gotten very dirty. There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. We did sleep well. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the bare minimum. The cost was over $100 for the night. My Brother had a King room and the cost was $159 and a $100 deposit, which he got back the next morning after a brief inspection. The day manager was very nice. I would not stay here again. I have stayed at many Quality Inns before and things were better.
