Upon check in staff could not find reservation. Another staff member rudely stated that my room had been moved to another facility. Told it was comparable and that their pool is broken so we should be grateful? Chose this hotel property for hot tub. Moved to Hampton Inn which is nice but no hot tub.

Awesome birthday upgrade!
Turning Stone for my birthday! We chose Comfort Inn Verona because of the rates, it was half the amount of the hotels around it, and still very nice. Vicki at the front desk was awesome!!! Very friendly, and sweet. After finding out it was my birthday she upgraded our room to a suit. The room was so nice.
The air in the bedroom didn’t work, I told staff when we checked out. But the air in the LR area was cold and we just left the doors open.

Will return next time we are in the area!
Overnight stay. Check in was smooth, and earlier than normal. Place was clean, desk agent was friendly, breakfast was as good as most complimentary meals, and our room was clean and comfy.

Great weekend stay! Vicki at the front desk was amazing and even gave us an upgrade during our stay. Highly recommend this newly upgraded hotel and the great customer service!

Mold in shower, bad smell in hallway near maintenance room, no hot water in room! Went to the front desk to tell them about the hot water issue. Waited over 5 minutes for someone and no one arrived. I had to go to the breakfast buffet staff yo get the front desk lady. Was asked my room number and told that room normally heats up fast and that they would get back to me with a phone call about what they could do after the manager arrives. Did not receive a call back!
