I already talked to one of your agents, and it has been expedited to be taken care of about me and my wife stay it was the worst experience that we ever had. They refused to give me cash deposit back when there was nothing wrong with the room

Not as advertised. Entrance was unclear. Lobby was plain and unwelcoming. Hallway to room looked like scene in Severance. Room looked better but dusty floors and closet floor not clean. Shower dish soap area need cleaning. Where was breakfast?

Heat worked, Hot water cut out while showering both times, build up of dirt and dust near the walls, broken floor tile,(safty issue if my children were with me) T.V. was to complicated ( useless) 830 am strong smell of cigarette smoke over whelmed the room.

The rooms seemed to be recently re-done and were nice, but the lobby and hallways were older and had a smell. Thankfully the room didn't. I did not feel that it was super clean either. Front desk person was super friendly.

Room was dirty, cobwebs all over the room and crumbs in the corners of walls. The bathroom ceiling vent had so much dust on it, it looks like it’s never been cleaned. The metal base bed squeaks horribly if you make any movement. They say they have breakfast but that is a lie! Stay somewhere else

The hotel itself does not match the pictures of the room. It is very rundown. The bathroom shower had hairballs on the shower wall upon check-in. The "lobby" smells like mildew. The stairs to our room (no elevator I am aware of) smells like mildew.
We tried to book a different hotel at an additional cost, but everything in the area was booked. The officer in the parking lot told us "well, we don't get too many calls here, you should be alright". Should have realized the $100/night was a hint.

I would not stay here ever again. If I wasn’t so tired and had any other choice I would have left right when I shut the motel door. That’s when I noticed the safety door lock was broken and one of the hinges. The tub faucet leaked all night long. (I never used the tub, like that on arrival). The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it wreaked if smoke.

Bathroom wasnt very clean, water knobs on the tub were loose and water seemed to be pouring into the bottom of the liner of the tub so it was like stepping on a big water balloon while trying to shower and not fall. The guest next to my room were up until 430am partying all night. The beds were hard as a rock. This definitely wasnt a very good experience. I wont be staying here again.
