The location and the view from the balcony is exceptional. However the hotel is family owned and therefor stuck in the 70s. The bathroom is basic. The shower is inc in the bath enclosed with an old rattly cubical with a sliding door. The main room is again very basic with a small tv with only Spanish stations available. During our 9 day stay the lift broke down twice which I have to say was concerning and an issue as my wife has a mobility problem. The staff consists of 2 brothers who own and run the place and a young girl who is on reception who we found a bit rude. In all this is the Spanish version of Faulty Towers they had there own Manual. 2 star rating is for yhe view

Tidy little hotel over looking the beach and marina. Bunch of us 30+ yes old lads stayed there for 3 nights. Very clean, very tidy, staff are so friendly and accommodating. They helped us book taxis and print off boarding passes. The facilities are basic but very tidy, rooms cleaned everyday and decent size ensuite bathrooms. It's in old town about 10 metres from a church and the Benidorm battlement. Turn right out of the front door and you're overlooking the beach. The hotel is far enough away from the pubs and clubs so you don't get disturbed but within 5 mins walk, you're in the mix. Perfect place for a base of you like to be out all day.

Had a 4 night stay here on room only basis. A great location,in the old town. Lovely and clean with fantastic views and friendly staff. The hotel had a lift so no lugging cases up stairs. Will definitely return.

Tried to book this hotel for a week in September 2023, having had a few issues trying to book with *********** we thought we would contact the hotel direct to book and pay them directly,my husband got through on the phone (after emails were ignored) and the phone was abruptly put down with a reply of ‘no no no goodbye’!!!! Shame as we go benidorm a couple of times a year and have never had any problems before but needless to say we won’t be considering this hotel again.

What a lovely little hidden gem! From the moment we walked in we felt really welcome & it smelt so clean. Our room was cleaned every day & fresh towels given. It is basic but has everything you could ever want. Right in the heart of the center with a view that took our breath away every day. We were lucky enough to have a terrace so it was beyond perfect. The family & staff were so lovely and caring & go that extra mile. It was a pleasure to stay. X

Just back from a 6 day stay here. On entering our room I was blown away by the amazing view of the harbour and beach. The room was very small and must add the walls are very thin so expect some noise. The rooms were cleaned every day and a great shower. The harbour/ beach are right on your door step and the shops/bars just around the corner. The staff Luis and Lorena were very nice, friendly people.
