We appreciated the location, parking, room and breakfast. It was quiet and comfortable. We were surprised that the bed was as comfortable as it was. We were pleased with our stay and would definitely consider staying in the future.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good with a nice sized eating area - the person in charge of the breakfast was friendly and helpful. Special Kudos to the lady at the front desk. She went out of her way to help my friends make my bday celebration special AND to work through a problem we had encountered. (not hotel related). Thank you!

Great place to stay in Baxter

Very convenient location. Quiet and comfortable made for a peaceful and relaxing solo getaway. Easy parking. Variety of local dining options nearby. Only dislike—and this cannot be changed, was the bathroom was way too small—door practically hit tub and toilet.

The family suite was perfect for us two golfers as we each had our own bedroom. Breakfast was fine, but could have been better. We enjoyed the spa and pool as well.

Linens and most surfaces seemed clean, floors were awful. Room had no carpet which was fine IF the floor had been washed. Husband took a towel and wiped across floor in one swipe and it was very dirty. Also a large chunk of something in shower (didn’t touch to investigate) so wonder when that was last washed good. Hallways and stairs of hotel also had not seen a vacuum in quite some time. Breakfast was ok. Nothing available to drink but coffee or water.
