There were transients living on the property. I had to park my vehicle on the roadside. Room smelled like cigarettes. The staff were very welcoming. It’s an old piece of property.

Reasonably priced, clean, quiet
This is a reasonably priced, clean, fairly quiet place along the main drag near everything in Richland. I was given a "handicapped" room but had to make coffee on the floor because no outlets available near refrigerator and microwave. And no hooks to hang tote bags (except in bathroom). No shelf near sink in bathroom either.

The exterior would make you think it’s not a nice place. They’ve re done the interior and the beds are comfortable. I was there for one night so it worked for me
