The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only dining is the breakfast which left quite a bit to be desired. The Carte bus system is right outside the bldg. but you cannot depend on it if you need to make a timed reservation. The area this hotel is located in is not Downtown as most of us know it but a medical area of hospitals, medical offices etc. Restaurants and activities are in the areas more like Downtown like King St and the others in that area.

Property is under construction - all parking spots are labeled for valet only - BUT not currently using valet - so really they are all open- you just don't know that. Room was okay. Absolutely no insulation / sound proofing between rooms or door to hall. Neighbor turned on TV at about 230 AM and woke us up and kept us awake. Not sure if same, but others were in hall about same time and they were loud and we could hear them quite clearly. while upgrading rooms it would be nice if you could work on how much noise transfers to room.
Take and go breakfast is a joke- mini sausage biscuit thing, prepackage muffin, prepackaged small bagels, granola bar, one type of yogurt, apple juice and a small cream cheese in a fridge on a counter that looked like it was well used. no toaster for bagels.

This Comfort Inn— transitioning into a Fairfield Inn, Mariott is just fine. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and by far the best thing about it, a friendly, welcoming staff. No complaints—but if you are there to see downtown and the French Quarter, you’ll have to walk. Not much more than a mile, but just so you know. For the price, no doubt I would stay again. But I am partying elsewhere!

The property was good for the price. Some of my ratings are due to the parking situation and breakfast options. They are switching ownership and are redoing the parking lot which made parking inconvenient and it smelled horrible outside due to it. The breakfast options weren’t the best either. Other than that, it was a great stay and the staff were super friendly and amazing. The rooms were clean and everything else was great!

他们给我换了一间房，还算可以。灯坏了。
工作人员非常友善，因为我们头发又长又厚，他们还特意为我们提供了额外的洗发水和护发素。
