Horrible. I had a reservation through *******, showed up at 10:15 p.m., clerk said there was no room for me, they do not honor reservations after nine.I never got a notification.He said it was on the agreement, which it isn't , it states to check in any time. I was left without a room, had to scramble, took me two hours to find another room.This is disgusting way to treat customers. I called OYO customer service to get compensation , was offered nothing , they are okay with this practice. BOYCOTT OYO

We left several messages that we would be late due to emergency. Arrived at hotel 1 am. The room he gave us was filthy, muddy footprints, dirty, not cleaned. He said he thought we weren't coming and offered is a full refund as we did not stay. But have not received yet. Also even the sign oyo was just spray painted over an econo lodge sign. It was a terrible area too. Felt unsafe. Want my refund.

This is the only time I've ever checked out of a hotel before staying the night. The place was falling apart, the wall was held together by duct tape, smelled like cigarettes and mildew, no smoke detectors, it was filthy and full of roaches. When I laid down to sleep and turned off the lights, I felt something in the sheets. The bed was full of roaches, and something bit me. I checked out and went somewhere else for the night.

I have videos of the insects inside the beds, which left marks on the bodies of my children, I demand an answer.

Stay Away!
Horrible. I reserved a room but after a 12-hour drive was told that they don't hold rooms after 7 p.m. No advice or help available. Clerk said he tried to call me but did not get in touch with me, which is no excuse since I had a reservation. I will never reserve at OYO again. I hope **********, a site that I trust, will consider not representing this chain in the future.

Would not go there again
