Horrible. I had a reservation through *******, showed up at 10:15 p.m., clerk said there was no room for me, they do not honor reservations after nine.I never got a notification.He said it was on the agreement, which it isn't , it states to check in any time. I was left without a room, had to scramble, took me two hours to find another room.This is disgusting way to treat customers. I called OYO customer service to get compensation , was offered nothing , they are okay with this practice. BOYCOTT OYO

Arrived before noon and they managed to get me an early room. The property felt safe and well lit, and I slept through the night with no interruptions.
