The pool was horrible, the lady at the front desk had put us in the wrong room, had the credit card info messed up, took about an hr to get checked in even tho the room had been booked online ahead of time, it took over a month to get the deposit back only after calling the hotel several times inquiring about it and my mother never did receive her deposit and it has been almost three months ago.

Gus at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Only issue was not able to watch tv - connection issues.
