We stayed here for one night because we arrived late. My son left a pair of pants in the room that were quite valuable. When we called about them, they said they didn't have a key for the lost and found and couldn't check. We stopped by on our way back to the airport, and again they said they couldn't access the lost and found because the housekeeping staff with the key wasn't answering their phones. There was no offer to find someone with a key despite two staff members being present and no other guests around. The room was decent enough, but given the price, it wasn't very comfortable, and considering how little they cared about our lost property, I will never stay here again.

We always stay at this hotel when flying out of YEG. The hotel staff members are always quite pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. On our last stay, our sleep was interrupted by a fire alarm going off at 1am. We don't know for sure, but assume someone pulled the fire alarm. Of course, after all this commotion we weren't able to go back to sleep. We had to be at the airport at 5am - arrived at our destination totally exhausted.

The beds were uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The room was dusty and appeared to have not been dusted in a long time. The value in toilet flush valve was messed up and continued to run.

I really liked how clean the room was and the whole property itself. Loved how there was lots of parking spaces available, also the free shuttle was perfect coming from the airport. The air conditioning was easy to use and wasn’t loud at all. Overall stay was really nice and enjoyable, thank you!

Clean and spacious room with lots of parking. Well situated with easy access to QE2 and the airport factory outlets. Great dining choices nearby. We didn't eat at the property but had a late night drink in the sports bar after shopping. They did offer late food service as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is very nice and has a variety of options for food and beverage on property or within walking distance. I was disappointed in our room when we discovered old food in the fridge and the air conditioner barely functioned.
