This is feedback that we take very seriously, as such we have engaged our pest control contractor to assess this situation. While Cockroaches are not common to our area, the bugs you described are more likely to have been Boxelder bugs. Boxelder bugs are common in our region, specifically at this time of year. While these bugs are normally only outside, on rare occasions they do their way indoors. We understand this must have been an unsettling experience; we do hope that you will consider staying with us again to provide you with superior experiences throughout our property.

It was very disorganized between Expedia’s online reservations and the information they had at the front desk. Do better! Next time, I’ll pay extra and book through the hotel, saving myself a lot of time. ******* needs to give better updated information to the hotel.

I did not like how this property dealt with 3rd party bookings. It was very disorganized and difficult for them. They couldn’t find records and were always questioning whether I paid or not. If you are going to accept 3rd party bookings through another site, get organized and don’t make me feel like I did something wrong.
