Updating the beds, if you have two people in them you roll into the middle.
In the bathroom please add some storage cupboards or vanity so you can hold your make up, toothbrush & accessories
Add a games room with something for kids to do after dark.

The room was a great size, comfortable beds and very clean. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. The waterpark and pools were amazing.

castors on Bed in Unit 21 not locked. Moved all the time, Shower screen needs help.
Thank you for your assistance but... the procedures to access gates, and after hours not conducive to us oldies with no tech knowledge

办理入住时和之后几次有限的接触中，工作人员都有些过于官方。他们似乎强烈地认为所有客人都要么是当地人，要么是回头客（并且都开车）。给我办理入住手续的那位女士和当时在场的另一位工作人员，似乎对我对当地不熟悉并且问了一些关于附近设施（比如超市）的基本问题感到非常困惑，甚至有些怀疑。房间里没有“请勿打扰”的指示牌，导致工作人员在我睡觉时进入房间打扫。我们俩都被吓了一跳！虽然没有造成伤害，但这完全是可以避免的，尤其是在自助式客房进行为期一周的住宿，通常不会期望在退房前有清洁服务。
设施一流，位于罗克汉普顿市中心，水上乐园非常适合小朋友！
酒店很干净，办理入住时的女士们很友好，乐于助人。我的孩子们很喜欢这里的游泳池和水上乐园，经过一整天的驾驶后，这真是太棒了。
