Had underground secure parking which was nice but the card reader wasn’t working so you had to buzz staff. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Not recommended. There were two of us staying here and we both experienced headaches after being in the room for an hour. Could not sleep and staff would not allow us to cancel our second night.

Great Stay
This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. I love it! Staff was amazing, room was very very clean, looked forward every morning to my bagged breakfast. It was a surprise every morning, coffee was great. I have had pillows that were more comfortable but they were still good.

Horrible experience! When we got there we couldn’t get in, we had to way to be buzzed in! The lobby is on the second floor! The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work properly.. we found MULTIPLE BUGS! Crawling on the baseboards, in the bed..! Cleaning service only comes every 3 days. We didn’t have enough towels or face cloths for our family of 4. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. You have to go to the 2nd floor to be handed a brown bag … with frozen food you have to put in the microwave!! You have to be buzzed in at the parking garage. Our last night, we waited 10 mins to get buzzed in because the person “was in the bathroom”. The only good thing about this place was the proximity to Walmart, grocery stores and restaurants

As we are located downtown we want to assure the safety and comfort of our guests and that is the reasoning for the secure entrances-I do apologize if you had to wait a bit for entry. At check in everyone is advised of our housekeeping services and that if additional services are needed more than every 3 days to let us know, I do see by our records your were able to avail additional towels when needed. It is unfortunate that in the summer when we open balcony doors to enjoy the fresh air that insects will come in-but I assure every room is checked when the cleaning is done to assure no pests have flown or crawled in.I do appreciate your comments on our complimentary bagged breakfast-it helps us to address concerns and improve.Happy Travels
