Room was clean and comfortable. Room fridge was a little loud overnight so unplugged but everything else was great

The room was nice the hotel was clean, they didn’t have sheets with the sofa bed but other than that it was nice.

Check in staff was wonderful. They were able to get us rooms close together on short notice. One of the rooms smelled of cigarettes and was a little dusty, but we informed the front desk and they offered to move us. We declined so we could stay close to our other family in rooms nearby. Beds were firm but clean. Overall it was a good stay.

Odour permeated our clothing. Staff was nice but our stay was not enjoyable. We would not return to this hotel for our next visit to Ft McMurray

This would’ve got an excellent review, but we only selected this place , because we wanted to have a hot tub…. Well that was disappointingly CLOSED

Had to ask for towells for the pool few times...something i shouldn't..... once my husband had to dry my kid with his tshirt because he didnt look that there wasnt any.
Pool was warm it was a plus. Also you peloton doesnt really work...couldnt connect etc

The hot tub was closed on the first day and then on the second day the pool was closed altogether.

Downside, hot tub was out of service and was not available during the stay.

a little expensive almost $200 for a one night stay, unfortunately hot tub was out of order i wish they let you know before booking. that would have determined my stay. Staff was friendly though. overall okay, place was clean.
