Hallway carpets need a little attention. Room itself was comfortable, not a lot of bells or whistles but good if you don't necessarily need anything more than just a bed, toilet, and shower.

there were a lot of homeless people surrounding the outside grounds and parking, which made us feel unsafe with our vehicle or leaving the building after dark,

The morning staff was much nice than the evening guy it needs to deal with cleanliness it wasn't the cleanest On a whole i would recomend this inn

Adequate for a 1 night stay. The condition of the carpet was not the greatest. You could tell where the high traffic areas are. They definitely could use a deep clean.

Very dirty. Bathroom was full of multiple types of hair. Floor was very dirty. Chunks of dirt in entrance. Basically everything was well used and clearly not well cleaned. Only booked as every other hotel in Saskatoon was $500 due to a convention.
