I checked in front desk staff had a bad attitude she really hate her job and it shows. Then I went to my room sheets was dirty sheets had make up on them and at the foot of bed look like someone dirty feet stains. I told a staff and she came in to change sheet with sheets and comforter with holes in them I mean big holes never again smh

The first room I had mildew in the bathroom, all our towels were wet, the bed linens were wet, the counter, the desk were all wet. The vent in the bathroom came out of the ceiling and almost hit me in the head. The nightshift clerk was nice but the day shift clerk needs to be fired because we complained and she had a nasty attitude like she was spending money herself. Would not recommend at all

The first room had a giant puddle of water in the floor near the ac unit. The power cord for the ac was laying in the water puddle. And the room was dirty and locked outdated. I asked to change rooms and the second room had mold on the lamps, and curtains, along with mold and a rotted bottom half of the bathroom door. The second night the room smelled like cigarettes, possibly from a neighboring room idk. But it was uncomfortable. Also the pics in the website are all pretty and looks like a remodeled room but in real life the he furniture is chipped and stained and the walls are dirty and furniture was completely dirty

It was just generally a mess and things were broken in the room. The floors felt sandy even after housekeeping came. The area is a heavy traffic area and almost impossible to navigate.

For the pool, had to access the parking lot, then pass by the employee smoke break area. The breakfast only had one type of juice and only had apples, no other fruit. Would like to have had yogurt or some other breakfast item available. The bed was too hard for my comfort. Positive was the room was spacious, quiet, and the window had a blackout curtain.

The hotel is one step from a rent by the hour place. A guy followed me to my room, there was a creepy guy in the lobby, the elevator feels like it's going to break and the hallway reeked of ****. Overall, it was a terrifying experience.
