The stairwell had hot cocoa stain and rocks that were not cleaned up in my 2-3 day stay. The doors were recently changed and our room did not dead bolt. The 3rd floor stairwell door stuck. The 2nd floor stairwell fire door did not close. The 3rd floor elevator sign was broken and the wall had damage around from the elevator. The corner of the parking lot was strewn with litter and not addressed during our stay. Our room's sink drain stopper was in pieces in the room. And surprisingly, the room slanted as evidenced by the bureau drawers opening on their own when bumped. Sofa couch bed was not great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and warm. Pool was cool, but clean and enjoyable. Decent stay but wished they would clean up a bit and fix the doors.

I checked in as a Friday getaway with my partner. We booked a king suite for the jetted tub. Upon entry we utilized the dolly in the foyer to get our items to the room- the carpet on the bottom of it was stained severly. Upon wntering the room I noticed an undeniable slanting in the floor, particularly around the jetted tub (we later noticed that room 213- our room- was directly above the pool, and that the ceiling in the pool area had a massive area of patchwork added to it. There was hair in the carpet, grime in the shower and jacuzzi tub, mold in the mini fridge, spider webs in the corners of the room, dirty hand prints all overthr headboard of the bed. My partner asked the front desk to please reclean the room because it clearly wasnt touched besides the bed made- they blamed it on low staffing and said they would be up to assist. 7 hours later they came in for a quick sweep- still leaving food, spider webs, hand prints, etc. We then spent the entire next day cleaning the room ourselves as it was difficult to sleep in a dirty room. We bought $40 in chemicals and supplies to clean when the front desk refused to assist any further. We had to utilizethe vacuum from the closet that was left open to clean the room. We paid $567.97 for 3 nights for a getaway but spent the majority of that time cleaning. There was catlitter that remained on the south end stairwell the entire time. Spider webs over doorways. Exterior landscaping caused 3 people to fall, that I witnessed.

The hotel was not like the pictures our door would not lock. The air conditioner sounded like a semi truck I asked for extra pillows for pull out coach was told no the water shut off for over 2 hours the room was not c clean the hallway had a stained mattress and hole in wall never never again

Not so great
Only 1 person at the front desk and it was very busy. RV parking is advertised but not marked in any way so it's confusing. Only 1 cart to haul your stuff. Breakfast was ok but nobody was working it! Nobody restocking or cleaning.

Maintenance have fees posted before reservations
Had issues checking in. Then charged a 100 dollar deposit i knew nothing about. The air conditioner is leaking and carpet is soaked. When i told them they were gonna come look at it but never did. Dripped all night

Ants
When we first got to the room we saw a few Tiny ants. We didn’t think anything of it because we were just outside and they could have came in on us. When we woke up there were ants in the bathroom and hundreds on the dresser with the tv on it. No one was at the desk when we were checking out so we just left.

Worst hotel by far!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! In our years of travel we have never stayed at a place quite like this, the room was covered in ants, the pull out sofa was absolutely disgusting, there was a police raid in one of the rooms. We asked for a refund and they tried to put us into a room right next door to where the raid happened with wood chunks all over the floor still, the manager was very combative and refused to give us a refund even after all of this and why we explained our reasoning behind wanting to leave. They still charged us for all 3 nights even though we checked our immediately and went to the Holiday Inn, we are currently disputing the charge with our cc company. Travelers beware, this place is the absolute worst! Im not sure how they have the rating they do but its false.
