Property was worn out. The worst was the bathroom. But we stayed becsuse everything was clean and staff gave great service.

The gym area had an AC that was broken and not working and I let them know. They did not fix it. On top of that, the places run down when you go into the rooms. It is not worth your stay. Go stay somewhere else. Also, the breakfast is disgusting.

We had an unexpected serious illness that came up a week prior to our stay. The manager would not let us cancel our room for even a partial refund. We book lots of rooms due to multiple events we hold every weekend all over the US. I will not be choosing Choice Hotels to book anymore.

Overall, the carpet was super dirty with stains. The carpet on the stairs was soaked every time we went up or down. The hotel smelled like ****.

The pictures are very deceiving for this property. The staff is friendly enough, but you are certainly in a very rough area. Many homeless people hang out in the parking lot and on the adjacent street. The free "breakfast" is subpar and is very unappetizing. There was an odd smell in our room and we never got our room turned over in a 2 night stay. We won't be returning.
