The room was very nice and comfortable. Only issue was no one came to give us clean towels or empty the trash. This was the case both times I've stayed. No one even checked. So we had to come get towels and we had a pile of towels in our room.

The air conditioning in the room did not cool the room very well. The ceiling fan was very loud. The shower did not have anything to put toiletries on. The bed was not very comfortable. The hotel was ok for a night, but will probably not stay there again.

The hotel was perfect for us for the game and staff were great to deal with. Chris the evening clerk went above and beyond to help accommodate our stay for us. Excellent place to stay for game day weekend.

The place smelled great- it was very clean. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows hard and flat. Morning breakfast was good- but no low carb options.

The Check In clerk was great! We had a late arrival and a group with 4 rooms and he made sure everything was to our satisfaction and was friendly, professional, and courteous. The rooms were clean and very functional for our needs. Definitely a place I's stay at again.

Interesting stay.
We had the most interesting two bedroom room. The main bedroom had the bathroom and fridge. The other bedroom had the bed with side tables and television. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that it was going to be hard to return to the main part of town.

Check-in was great. The guy was very professional.
It would be nice to have recycle bin for plastics at breakfast.
Issues: bathroom sink did not drain (or at least I could not figure it out) and the floor was a slight bit dirty.

Good place to stay - excellent service!
The service provided by the manager at the hotel was great. I had booked a 1 bed room and found out daughters apartment wasn't ready he was able to get us into a double room. While it did cost me more, I certainly appreciated his willingness and ability to help us out of the situation we faced. I will certainly return to this hotel in the future. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast while fairly simple was good. Location is pretty good - not so busy. Service was top notch.
