Our check-in was fine, and the staff was friendly. The bed and room was comfortable but didn't feel f clean. The carpeting was very badly in need of cleaning

The room was really rundown. Stains on the floor stains on the bed stains on the ceiling. The bathtub had a leak. And the heater didn't work very good. Had to go to the front desk to get somebody to fix it and they didn't really wanna Help so we got it working on our own

The whole place should of been renovated before rooms where rented i received room 210 the TV did not work and the door did not lock. Then the Attendant moved us to 108 where it smelled when you turned the air on the floor was stained and the shower was stained a trikal came out to shower (half of my funds should be refunded it was awful.) Breakfast was a joke small coffee cups no creamer juice machine didn't work really no food options.

My first room had mold so I asked to be moved,then that room was horrible there were holes is in the wall the carpet was filthy. They stated there were remodeling I asked to be moved into a remodeled room and they wouldn’t even accommodate me. Worse experience! Would never go back…
