When I first met her she initially almost forced me to write a review to her she seemed desperate for them. But I noticed after I wrote a great review about her her attitude changed she has a very serious anger problem and someone needs to address this or fix this issue. I was yelled at me to feel like I was ain't nobody and that she didn't care about my question. I left 5 days early and she made it seem like that she didn't care that I didn't know that they gave no refunds. And made me feel bad that I didn't read the things and paperwork that I signed because she never explained them to me.. I called a week after I had left and she got so angry and told me I need to start reading what I signed which is true but then she went further to degrade me saying that that's what's wrong with me if people could go back and listen to these messages it would be a great help. And my car was broken into on the property and they don't even have cameras so everybody going there needs to second guess going there because it is very disrespectful a very crime infested. Leona is the general manager and she is a very bipolar rude individual who somebody needs to sit down and have a real talk with because the level of disrespect that I was treated like is unacceptable by any form of management. The rooms are roach infested also so if you are going to the birth hill suites make sure you bring bug spray because your room will be infested with roaches and they were getting your clothes and you would take them home

Made a reservation through ******* which has my CC on file. The hotel cancelled my reservation 4 days before check in saying they did not have my credit card and it has no bearing if ******* does. Hotel was sold out so had to make other arrangements.

Front desk staffed is great. Room is in terrible condition. Bugs all over the walls and appliances. There was a stench in the room that kept up all night. Beds weren't anchored to any wall structure and moved on the floor..bathroom door wouldn't close completely so lack of privacy there. Overall the stay was less than satisfactory.

Staff was super friendly, but the room wasn’t great which I wasn’t expecting much! The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, there weren’t any cups or ice buckets or even a bathroom trash can in the room. It was pretty bare. Maybe people steal things? There was a sign posted about having to leave hotel if the fire alarm goes off and sure enough it went off and a guy who stays there said it goes off at least two times a week and no one leaves their room. It’s from people smoking or vaping. But we were only there one night for a concert and it worked for what we needed. We did have trouble getting an Uber back to our hotel though.

酒店回复: We appreciate you giving us a try and sharing your thoughts. We are an extended stay hotel with different offerings than other hotels. Our smoke alarm system is new and is extremely sensitive to cooking etc and we do request all guests to vacate the building for safety reasons.

Not great
We stayed in a room that did not look finished and appeared still under construction. I took a shower, and it flooded my room and the room below us. My husband was not able to shower since it wasn't working. The fire alarm went off twice, once in the middle of the night. Other guests informed us that this was common. We also had no trash can in the room.

Was awful. Had bed bigs all over the underside of a matress. Urine stains in the shower and was overcharged $150 when bringing to attention they blamed me the manager was horrible and they had very sketchy man in hallway napping. The only nice thing I can say is close to Notre dame

我们的住宿还不错，我说还不错，因为酒店总经理一直不太乐于助人，我妻子的女儿和情感支持动物在几天前入住了这家酒店，房间很棒...有一天，我女儿的玩具没电了，我问总经理是否还有，他回答说有，就在他要把电池给我之前，他问我它们是干什么用的，于是我解释说是给我女儿的玩具用的，电池没电了，然后他把电池放回抽屉里，并指引我去沃尔格林药店...同一天，我发现我们所在的房间甚至没有锁，我把这件事告诉了总经理，他说他不知道门没有锁，所以我说好的，由于有情感支持动物，你能给我们换到一楼的另一个房间吗？然后他说我们在四楼只有一个房间；所以我说那太高了，当你确实有一楼时，你能告诉我们吗...我的意思是那个区域真的很粗略，所以我只想让我的妻子和女儿感到安全..所以第二天早上我起床时看到客房服务人员把她的车收拾好，所以我走出房间去拿毛巾，我注意到客房服务人员的牌子直立在她的车上，我可以从走出门的地方看到它，客房服务人员在一楼有两个房间是空的，很脏，这意味着他们今天早上刚退房，或者是她昨天就把他们滚了出去..知道了这个信息后，我去了总经理所在的前台，告诉他我需要换房间，他继续撒谎说没有空房，我告诉他我看过客房服务牌子，上面说一楼有几个空的脏房间，他立即开始防御，然后他开始说他不知道房间是否会被打扫，然后我回答说，你们酒店的不可锁门难道不应该是首要任务吗？为什么你没有在她开始工作的时候跟那位客房服务员提这件事，然后他回答说如果你不喜欢，你可以离开并获得退款，这是你们做生意的方式吗？我的意思是，你的主要工作是接待住在你酒店的客人，我的意思是，总经理让我们觉得我们不受欢迎
