The rooms were Nice and Clean, the Staff was very Nice and Friendly , we can walk to the Mall, and different restaurants in the area , very great place to Stay

The staff was terrific. The breakfast lady was awesome and the breakfast was better than most hotels.
As for the room it was clean but had a funky odor in the room. Maybe needs carpet shampooed. If we had been staying for more than one night I probably would have requested a different room.
Overall we would stay again, but not in room 212.

The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable along with the bedding. It has a good sized refrigerator. The breakfast was outstanding and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. There plenty of shopping nearby ( including Patrick Henry Mall). Gaming for kids “ Tilt” is inside the mall.

Clean room, obvious recent renovation work, kind staff, great location, breakfast was weak - waited 20 mins for eggs and one waffle maker broken. Coffee maker wasn’t working properly

No Pool Brings Lower Score
We booked this place for a run of shows at the Hampton Coliseum. The room was comfortable and quiet. My biggest complaint was that the pool was closed with no indication of that when we booked. It was above 80 the whole time and it would have been nice to be able to relax in the pool.

The pool was closed which was a bummer but it was after Labor Day so we understood. The staff was so sweet and accommodating the beds were clean and comfy! Great water pressure and the rooms had to be sound proofed because I was able to listen to work late while working on my music projects and no one could hear. I asked the neighbors!
Next to a mall if you want to buy new sneaks and the price was unbeatable. Would return without a question. Clarissa greeted us with such warmth and made us feel welcome.
Plus bacon at the breakfast bar!

You could tell they painted over the mold in the shower. Mold was on the shower floor and the front desk/ lobby area was so loud all night. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything if you were on the first hallway
