Room: there were silver fish bugs in the bath tub, toilet chain kept falling off the lever, fan obnoxiously loud. Plugged in phone charger to the lamp beside the bed, it sparked, flashed and the light bulb burnt out.
Staff: friendly at check in, then no one to be seen again. Tried to look for someone regarding the toilet. Left 9:30am on Saturday and put please refresh room sign up. Returned at 4:30pm, room had not been done.
Parking lot: huge pot holes that are hard to see at night.
Safety: do not like that we could not deadbolt our door. Only the safety latch on ground floor.
Tried again at check out to talk to someone, 7:30am Sunday, no one again at the desk only a sign to leave the key.

We had a late check-in and the staff contacted me to let me know the late check-in procedure she was very pleasant to deal with and helpful. The room was dated but clean and worked perfect for what we were looking for.
