Very disappointed and deceived when they said they had breakfast and found out only at the desk was coffee and a snack or cookies. We could not kill the bug from the crawling around the toilet and the bolt lock at the door did not work and we didn't try it until we were all settled in and just hoped the safety bar at the upper part of the door would be enough I should someone open the door it wouldn't open all the way no no coffee pot in the room or microwave dirty floor and we were just so disappointed

Get what you pay for, and nothing more.
Very friendly night clerk, Donna, whonwas awesome. Towels were a bit dirty, and place felt run down but for a night it was fine.

I arrived at 315 pm, checked in, went to the room found the floor dirty ice bucket had crud in the corners. Paper cups not sealed in plastic. The next morning I started taking a shower and the water didn't drain. I finished and washed my feet in the sink. I went back in and looked at the tub the water was slowly going down and I saw a very black ring approximately 6 inches tall all around the tub. I reported it the night clerk said he would pass it on. Tub was cleaned but nothing else was. After 3 days I asked for clean towels from house keeping she shrugged and pointed to the office. I asked the clerk for clean towels and was told that I should have had enough to last the week (2 towels). I had enough and checked out 2 days early

The 'breakfast included' was advertised on the reservation, but there were no any breakfast there. Liars! Was forced to change morning plans for whole family and had additional spending to buy a breakfast.
There are doors between rooms and we could hear each word spoken by our neighbors next door. Couldn't sleep due to that.
No breakfast, no sleep! What's the point of staying there? Terrible!
