The first room i was given was full of insects, the staff were quite helpfull though and immediatly gave me another one. The second room was insect free but there were stains on the beds and hair on my towels. Overall the hotel is cheap but quite sad.

They charge me doble. I pay for ******* and at the check in they charge me again and don’t ask me they just use the card they got in the system. The room got cockroaches everywhere.

When we moved a fridge to plug it in, there were cockroaches there. In room 215 the bathtub was not cleaned at all. In 214 (we had two room) the paint in the bathroom was just not what one would expect in a hotel. And in 214 I saw a few cockroaches too. Place advertised free breakfast which there is none. And I was charged $10 for leaving a stain on a towel, which is seriously ridiculous, especially considering that there were towels which I did not even use since there were other weird stains from apparently them being clean…Oh and the phone in 215 had sticky spilled stuff on it. Overall it is far from clean and was not to my standards but it was late on a weekend and I just did not want to move hotels, so we stayed. The employee at the front desk was really nice and accommodated switching me to a nonsmoking room - I did not realize I booked smoking, which was super nice of him and I really appreciated that!

There was roach nymphs in my room. The bedding had stains. The bathroom had cobwebs all over the ceiling as well as unwashed shower curtains and mold. The door didn’t latch properly to stay closed. Would not stay here again.
