I arrived a few hours ago and I have a sore throat from the stale smoke laced with cloying deodorizer. Supposed to be a non-smoking room but it obviously is not.

Needs a lot of work bunch of old stuff around from remodeling obviously people are very rude only stayed one night and just left wish I could get refund on the nights I didn’t stay

We arrived at the motel about 4 PM Central Time. The office attendant processed us and sent us off to our room. He probably spoke a total of five words. Our assigned room was on the second floor. Ice machine, vending machines, office are on the first floor. Room was spacious. Wifi was spotty. Building sits next to a Wendy's with a wonderful staff. Breakfast was light but fine. Loved the property's bird feeders.

Pro: cold A/C, comfortable bed, cold mini fridge, quiet area, very few guests. Cheapest price compared to other hotels. Complimentary meager breakfast.

Con: 8 day stay but only 1 day of maid service. I had to go to office to get towels on 2 separate days, 3 big stains on carpet, gunk on door and when i cleaned it with water and rag, paint came off! Microwave was dirty, bathroom wall had 2 reddish dirt blotches, many brown dust bunnies over the couch on ceiling...moved in rhythm to the air on them blowing from a/c. Electrical outlet with TV plug detached from wall resulting in hole in wall. Garbage never pucked up in room. Room never swept nor carpet vacuumed.

We were traveling through on a cross-country move and I called ahead to be sure I could park the Uhaul and wouldnt have issues with our ESA dogs who are well trained and stay in their crates and the front desk guy gave me crap about it when we arrived. He nearly charged me and send us walking but I argued until he remembered our phone call. Very rude front desk guy.
