The room was falling apart. Windows barely closed/locked, damaged sheetrock, toilet barely flushed, staff was rude

Room, was run down, poor lighting. Water pressure was very bad. I wouldn't stay there again. Over priced. I feel taken advantage of doesnt live up to the franchisees name, The quality that im used to from this franchise. I will be thanking twice before staying at another one of this franchisees establishments.

The room was “nonsmoking” yet there was an ashtray and it smelled nasty. The towels were dirty. Requested new ones but we had to take the current ones to get “clean” ones. The phone did not work so I had to use my phone to call the 24 hour customer service. When I told them we needed clean washed towels I was told that they just needed to order new ones but management did not think it was necessary for that expensive. The room had crumbs under bed that were there since check in. The curtains did not close all the way. And there were bugs in the bathroom. I will never stay here again

The front desk attendant was ok, no complaint there. But once you walked into the hallway, it smelled really bad! Everything is very old. The shower was clean, but everything else seemed dirty. The carpet in the room had lots of stains. I found a cockroach in the bathroom the morning we were checking out.
The area around was ok, we got in late at night and didn’t feel unsafe.
Thankfully we only stayed one night and didn’t really hang out there much. But I will definitely never stay there again.

Cons: food left in frig, only 3 towels (4 seems to be normal), shower pressure too low, shower head out dated, minimal breakfast (orange juice and coffee
