The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was very good and there were a lot of options. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is tired and dingy. Depressing room with gray and mud green decor. I would be embarrassed to sell the couch on Craigslist - it was that uncomfortable. It is supposed to have a bar and restaurant. The bar has no alcohol, not even beer and wine. I mean NONE. The ‘restaurant’ has no tables or waiters. You order from a very limited menu and your meal is handed to you in a to-go box to take to your depressing room. The staff was very nice until we informed them we wanted to leave three nights early, and she got little defensive. I’ve stayed in almost every hotel in Albuquerque (family there) and this was my in my bottom three.

Excellent value and wonderful Hotel!
This is a great Hotel! We love the rooms and the breakfast is awesome! We also love the security! Only minor problem was the couch seem to be caved in in the middle from long-term usage.

The property is within walking distance of a lot of stores which is great. The only thing that really stuck with me is in the morning we found out that we had no hot water. Called the front desk who let know they would send someone up but waited n no one showed up. Tried to take a cold shower but it was too cold so we ended up leaving without showering until the evening at another hotel. We werent even offered another room just to shower or no word back on what they would do to help.

This hotel is well situated near a shopping mall with many restaurants. You can basically walk there which is nice especially after you’ve been driving all day. The staff were very friendly. I cannot comment on the quality of breakfast as we never ate there. This hotel is very close to the airport which is very convenient after your long flight.
