Check in was slow. Clerk was hard to understand. Initially checked us into a room that wasn’t clean or was already occupied as there was trash in the cans and the beds were not made. Breakfast item has nothing healthy. A carb filled bread items. Nothing healthy. No fruit.

The room's lighting was poor. We had one lamp for the room itself. The lighting in the bathroom was better. The tub was stained and appeared dirty in nature. There was a stale odor in the room althought the hallway was pleasant in terms of the scent. Upgrades are definitely needed.

The room was quiet and spacious. The breakfast and coffee were below expected in choice and quality.
The management would not send an item left in my room. This was not good customer service.

Shower not clean; candy wrapper and a chunk of soap stuck in drain. Green finger paint in tub. Wall plates cracked; large smoke stain coming out of electrical socket. Walls very dirty; metal fixtures in bathroom rusting/corroding. Floors extremely dirty. Curtain does not completely close. Very dim lighting in room. A large round smoke stain on the ceiling. TV did not work. However, the staff is pleasant. Will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again; absolutely never.

Mildew and MOLD
The whole hotel smells like an old musty basement that has been unoccupied for years. The first room we were put in had mold on the mattress cover, holes in the wall patched with tape, giant house centipede dead in the corner, and dust on the dresser like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Disappointed when arrived rooms were dirty washrooms dirty smelled like mold could hear people next to us really loud wifi didn’t work in the room tv remote didn’t work most of the time just a really bad experience

Not too many choices for breakfast. There is no elevator for customer use so you have to use the stairs. Was ok since we just stayed 1 night.
