The breakfast was barely a breakfast. There was one piece of bread, one bagel, biscuits and gravy. There was no milk and no microwaveable bowls to heat the instant oatmeal in. The only thing available besides the slice of bread and bagel were two kinds of cereal. I had to use the half and half creamers meant for coffee for my cereal. The person taking care of the breakfast wasn't available. Then there was the infestation of beetles in my room which I didn't enjoy. I stayed the night of the first big snow storm of the season. I watched two of the guests' cars get stuck in the parking lot because the lot was not plowed in the morning after the storm had ended. We were told that the lot might not get plowed until that night because the people doing the plowing had other places to plow first. GET A NEW SNOW PLOW COMPANY! I shoveled around my car for a half hour to be sure I didn't get stuck. When I tried to return to my room at 10:45 so I could get my things and check out by 11:00, my key no longer worked. I should have had access to my room until 11:00. All in all, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The only bright spot was the lady at the desk in the morning was trying to help people. (I think her name was Renae.) Also, the lady at check in was very nice.

The room had some bugs the blanket had blood spots on it I have pictures of the blood and the manager Renee came to my room banging on the door at 10 this morning asking who was in my room which was just me and my uncle on the policy you can have up to 4 people in the room with 2 queen beds it was very rude

This is an old hotel and you can tell, because the rooms have an old musty smell. There was very little toilet paper and tissues. We had to go get it from housekeeping. I would not recommend and we will not stay here again.

The pet area was fine. I did not make it to the gym.So I have no comments. The first room I was in did not have a working electrical outlet in the bathroom and something appeared to be wrong with the air/heating system, making it difficult to breathe. After deciding, I was not going to stay the entire three days, ******* reached out to the manager at the property and was told that I could not get a refund for the third day. No real explanation given by the property manager. A staff member who had worked there for quite a while informed me that the property had been closed for 8 years but was under new management recently. I would not recommend it as a place to stay until all the upgrades are made.

Deceiving Pictures!

Our stay was okay, but the pictures online certainly make this hotel look nicer than it is. It immediately looks a little sketchy when you drive up. The room was fine, though it smelled musty. The floors were absolutely disgusting— they were dirty and had hair everywhere. They clearly were not cleaned. Everything is just pretty run down. For $65 however, it served its purpose.
