Room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was great! Food was good and a variety of choices.

The staff was accommodating when I asked for a shower seat (I am handicapped). My only suggestion would be that when a guest asks for a handicapped accessible room/shower, the description of the room include whether the shower is low entry (walk-in) with a seat or not. I found it very difficult to get into the shower over the tub, as the seat they provided me was way too low. I only used the shower once, as it was too dangerous for me to access in my condition. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The beds were not very comfortable at all! The water pressure in the shower was pitiful and the tub was very slippery!

Have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is clean and beds are comfortable. Easy to get to any attractions. Breakfast is ok. Only complaint is I wish there were 2 chairs in the room! Someone always has to sit on the bed!

The place seemed to be well cared for.It has a restaurant, which was helpful, because I was traveling by motorcycle and was able to shut down for the night and have everything that I needed.

Things were good. Just 2 issues- kids running up and down yelling at 11pm. And the bar/restaurant closed at 7:30 on a Sat night

Right next to sporting goods store. ****** is 10 minutes to the Mississippi River. Restaurant onsite but we went downtown.
Pool for big folks and a splash pool 6"to 12" deep for the wee ones. There is also a waterslide and a hotub with a waterfall. All of this is inside which means no Mosquitoes!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful, except the check-in. The young man who came out to the front desk (after we rang a bell) was perhaps the least-friendly individual I’ve ever encountered in a position like this.
He did not greet us, simply said “Name”. Then “ID & credit card”. He then handed us keys, stated the room number & pointed us to the elevator. He looked maybe 20 yrs old, was wearing a torn, dirty hat (granted, in style but inappropriate for work). On the other occasions when we came and left through the lobby, he was nowhere to be seen.
We were meeting friends who were also staying at the hotel. They mentioned the sullen, unfriendly check-in as well.
This person should definitely not be working in this position in such a nice facility!
非常热情好客且位置优越的酒店,靠近 Prairie du Chien 市中心
