Staff super nice, Our room was nice and Clean. The hotel is nice and kept up, outside as well. It needs some updates and minor repairs & tile/shower updates, in the rooms, at least our jacuzzi room. When we left for the day and came back into the hotel room, it was heavy smell of chlorine. We never ran the tub. King size bed, but sheets didn’t fit well and kept coming off. And, I’m a pillow girl, they NEED NEW ones. Toilet Slllooowww flushing. So not that’s not that big of a deal. LOVED THE OUTSIDE HOT TUB! Hubby took Soak in the rain bout 50 degrees, he said felt amazing. The property was really pretty, especially, out our back view. Didn’t hear anyone in the halls, if they were walking or our neighbors if tv was on or off they were talking. Loved that privacy too. We would def stay again, convenience to our daughter and the town was exceptional!

I used the Guesthouse Inn for clients from out of town and they loved the place. They did not get to check out many of the available amenities but the room was immaculate so I imagine everything else would be good quality as well. I presonally loveded the location as it's convenient to shopping, public transportation, restaurants, historic downtown Poulsbo and the waterfront by car or by foot. I will most definitely use this place again for visiting clients or family.

The room was clean, the staff courteous and prompt. The room was nice but on the smallish side. The wall mounted HVAC worked fine but seemed oversized and loud.
