I understand it’s an extended stay but something needs to been done with the roaches. Maybe setup pest control every week

Bad smell in the room and bathroom plus no soap or shampoo or water or anything in the room, dirty towels and bed sheets; dirty smelly carpet in the room; terrible stay , we were to stay two nights but we barely could stay one night and checked out early morning and left away after first night.

Spend the money somewhere else.
One of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed at. Spend your money else where! When we were checking in there was no organization to it, the lady left us with no explanation and then came back 10min later after what sounded like arguing with someone. This is the same lady we checked out with and when we raised our concerns about the room she just "I'll let my GM know" I don't think you are so I'm going to do it for you: The TV couldn't change channels and then overall just stopped working all together. The bathroom door would not close we had to push it like a linebacker. The shower drain and shower head were all gross, the toilet seat was in a way broken, there's stains on the walls, oh! And don't walk around barefoot because it seems like the carpet doesn’t get cleaned properly. And my ladt favorite details is the missing tile roof in the closet and the MOLD!

Rooms where not clean no tv remote in room had false advertisement on tv saying dishes at no charge but yet front desk wanted to charge for them.
